Traditionally, the concierge was the guardian of the castle and ‘keeper of the keys’. The concierge was responsible for greeting and looking after guests and members of the household.
Today, this tradition of assisting and caring has been translated into the Personal Concierge, available not just to the residents of a castle, but to all who need assistance in their day-to-day lives.
The demands of today’s modern lifestyle means there is simply not enough time for us to do everything. There seems to be an ever-growing list of ‘things’ each of us must accomplish to ensure that we are happy and healthy. Health, fitness, family, relationships, career, home, finances….. How does one person or one family approach all these issues and still live the lifestyle you desire and deserve?
Expectations of how this is managed are slowly changing. In business we have been outsourcing tasks to increase profit and productivity for years. It is now becoming apparent that to function today, we need to look at outsourcing areas of our home and personal lives as well.
